I don’t think anyone quite enjoys recluse as much as I do. I practically welcome rain, it’s where my depression clashes with inspiration and then I just start rolling with ideas and suddenly I kinda see things clearly. I just woke up, so forgive my tardiness as today I have the corresponding work Morning Blues by Cara Harman. This gifted fine arts photographer usually likes to dabble in black and whites, but I managed to find her capturing the lovely dark mornings. She uses a lot of film and does it exceptionally well. The foggy wet morning shows it best. She’s a new comer, but that doesn’t stop talent, I look forward to her work in the future.
When artist Tim Jeffs set out to do a series of intricate animal drawings, no one could imagine the level of detail his portraits would contain. With nothing more than a sketchbook and a bunch of uniball pens, Jeffs manages to capture every last detail of his subjects. The results are intensely detailed and hyper realistic. See his most realistic drawings in this gallery: http://bit.ly/1e6VsAz
